All connections live in the app under Connections. Each venue authorizes a little differently — some have you sign in, others use an API key you generate in the venue's own settings. Pick your venue below. If a screen doesn't match these steps, the venue may have updated its flow — email support@openmarkets.ai.

What is OpenMarkets?

How do I create an account?
Download the app, tap Sign up, and follow the steps. To comply with regulations, you'll verify your identity before you can connect a venue and start trading.
How do I connect my venue accounts?
In the app, open Connections and link your existing accounts on supported venues. OpenMarkets reads prices and places your trades through the venues you connect. If a connection won't link, email support@openmarkets.ai and we'll help.
I can't sign in or forgot my password
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to reset it. If you're still locked out, email support@openmarkets.ai from the email on your account and we'll get you back in.
How do I close my account or delete my data?
Email support@openmarkets.ai from your account email with the subject "Account deletion request" and we'll process the deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to any records we're legally required to retain.
Who can use OpenMarkets?
Availability depends on your jurisdiction, and you must meet the legal age requirement in your location. The app will indicate whether trading is available where you are.
How do I trade responsibly?
Trading carries financial risk — only commit what you can afford to lose, and use the limit tools in the app. If gambling stops being fun or feels hard to control, confidential help is available 24/7 in the US at 1-800-GAMBLER.
