We act as a connectivity, aggregation, and routing layer. Unless expressly stated in writing, OpenMarkets is not a broker-dealer, exchange, sportsbook, money services business, money transmitter, custodian, or counterparty to your trades, and does not hold or custody your funds — your funds and positions remain with the third-party venues you connect. 4Accounts & verification

OpenMarkets is not responsible for the availability, pricing, execution, settlement, conduct, or solvency of any third-party venue, and we make no representation that any particular price, line, or order will be available or filled.
