This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work for the products and services offered by OpenMarkets Network Inc. ("OpenMarkets," "we," "us," or "our"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1Overview

OpenMarkets provides software, data, and connectivity services delivered electronically. Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately, the concepts of a physical "return" and shipment do not apply. This policy describes the limited circumstances in which a refund may be issued for amounts you pay to OpenMarkets.

Important: OpenMarkets is a connectivity and aggregation layer. We do not hold, custody, or transmit your funds, and we are not a counterparty to your trades. Money you deposit, wager, trade, or withdraw at a connected third-party venue is governed entirely by that venue and is never refundable by OpenMarkets. See section 8.

2Nature of the Services

The Services consist of digital goods and online services, including software applications, market data, and account-connectivity infrastructure. When you purchase a paid plan, you are buying a license to access software and data for a period or a quantity of usage, not a tangible product. Access is provisioned electronically and, in most cases, available to you immediately.

3Free access

The core OpenMarkets app and website are currently provided free of charge. Where no payment is made to OpenMarkets, there is nothing for us to refund. If we introduce paid plans in the future, the sections below will govern those purchases, and we will disclose pricing and any applicable refund terms before you are charged.

4Paid subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring subscription directly from OpenMarkets:

5Usage-based & API plans

For any metered, usage-based, or API plans, fees correspond to capacity or consumption that has already been delivered. Usage that has already been consumed is non-refundable. Prepaid credits that remain genuinely unused may, at our discretion, be credited toward future use; prepaid amounts are otherwise non-refundable once the billing period begins. We do not refund fees because of usage levels lower than you expected.

6Free trials

Where we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription and the first charge applies under section 4. We recommend canceling before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue.

7Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for refund except where required by applicable law:

8Third-party venue funds

OpenMarkets does not hold or custody your money, and we are not a broker-dealer, exchange, sportsbook, money transmitter, or counterparty to your transactions. Any funds you deposit, transfer, wager, trade, win, lose, or withdraw take place at the third-party venues you connect and are subject to those venues' own terms, refund policies, and dispute processes. OpenMarkets cannot reverse, refund, or recover funds held or processed by a third-party venue. Please contact the relevant venue directly for any issue involving funds in your venue account.

9Duplicate & erroneous charges

If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, a charge after a timely cancellation, or a clear billing mistake on our part — contact us and we will investigate and refund any verified erroneous amount in full. Please reach out within 60 days of the charge so we can resolve it promptly.

10How to request a refund

Email support@openmarkets.ai from the address associated with your account and include:

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.

11Processing & method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–10 business days; the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. We do not control how quickly your provider posts a refund.

12App-store purchases

If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that purchase is processed by the app store, and refunds are governed by the app store's own policies. We are not able to issue refunds for app-store transactions directly; please request those refunds through Apple or Google.

13Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension of your access while the dispute is reviewed. We reserve our rights to contest disputes we believe are unwarranted.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
